Who am I?

I am a 14 2 Gypsy Gelding and I've moved from the Scottish stud farm to live in Fermangh (Northern Ireland) with some new animal friends.

We are all cared for by some Two-legs. These are the people we love and who love us back...with hay and apples...and carrots...and grapes...and mints!

Lough Erne Rising

Well, here I stand wet and bewildered by the unfair amount of rain that has been landing on me both day and night. Truly, I am expecting the Lough to rise up and meet me at the gate and wash me away into the Shannon, or out to sea, which ever way the current takes me!
True the grass here is lush and the greenest green I've ever seen, but it's too soggy for me...
Lough Erne consists of two lakes/loughs/lochs, Lower and Upper Lough Erne
The Lower Lough is the wide bit at the top of Lough Erne and the Upper Lough is the bit at the bottom of the Erne! Why?! The bottom of the Lower Lough is further below the surface of the water than the Upper Lough, who's bottom is much closer to the water surface that the other. I wonder who took the trouble to do the measuring?
